Hey there, I can see how frustrating this is! I would drop a message on the Google Business Profile Community Help Forum where one of the Product Experts may be able to help. I’ve been getting spammers trying to sell GMB Listing Optimization services via my profile. Can’t see a way to report the message as spam. Strangely this last message did not appear in Messages on my profile, but just came through to my inbox as an email from
